Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford has announced the introduction of "Fordcare System"—a credit card scheme which gives truck operators easy unlimited credit facilities for vehicle repairs away from home. This is a revised and extended scheme replacing the existing credit card system which has operated for the past three years under the title of the "24 Club".

Over 120 Ford dealers all over the country are offering facilities under the system, membership of which is open not only to operators of Ford vehicles but also to operators of mixed fleets. The scheme covers all types and makes of commercial vehicles from 5cwt payload vans upwards to heavy articulated truck models. Membership fees, to cover administration costs, are related to the number of vehicle credit cards held by the operator. Minimum charge is E3 per year and the maximum is £15 a year for 20 cards or over.
