Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A BLAZE at the premises of Heart of England Tours has destroyed seven coaches and severely damaged six more.

Heart of England, formed by George Day, former managing director of Mid-Warwickshire Motors, had been running rival stage services alongside the West Midlands PTE in North Warwickshire.

Operations director David Jewkes said that the services will continue with the company's undamaged vehicles, together with vehicles hired in from other operators. "We will rise from the ashes," he said.

Police are investigating the blaze at the Water Orton premises, said to have caused damage amounting to £150,000 and they have said that they have not ruled out arson.

• West Yorkshire PTE is offering a £5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of arsonists suspected of starting fires that have severely damaged at least 15 buses and one depot in the Leeds area recently.
