Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

National was in the news again with the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of Britain's first motorway coach service. It was from Birmingham to London, operated by Midland Red with 36ft coaches designed by the company's engineers to run at more than 100mph.

I seem to recall that on the first run, with the Metropolitan Traffic Commissioner on board a front tyre blew out at higt speed but the vehicle wa: brought safely to rest.

One of these coaches, nov owned and preserved members of the Birmingharr and Midland Motor Omnibu Trust, was brought out of refill ment for a birthday celebratio trip along the original route Despite the present 7Ornp limit, which did not apply 2 years ago, National's Whit Arrow Express, successor t Midland Red, completes th journey in two and a quart( hours on a regular two-hourl schedule.
