Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MUCH HAS been written in recent weeks about problems at Vosa testing stations, so I would like to tell you of my experience.

My vehicle is a 404onne, fiveaxle artic which is due for a test by the end of June. My test station at Caine, Wilts, is closing on 7 June for about three months.

On 2 May I went into the station and asked what they could do for me before closing. I was offered three dates, and chose 5 June at 10.55am.

paid my fee and received confirmation there and then. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and I received further confirmation 24 hours later!

I've used this station since it opened about 40 years ago;first as a transport manager with a local firm, and for most of those 40 years as an owner-driver.

In all this time I have found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I believe this goes back to the first manager (one Frank Sparks) who set a standard that has been maintained to the present day.
