'NO JUSTIFICATION" an be found for international Harvester increasing its kl Om bid for SeddonAtkinson, a spokesman for Morgan Grenfell, which is acting for 1H, told CM this week. The statement came after a letter from two stockholders critizing the terms of 'Ws offer which is due to .expire today. The two Jissidents, Mr A. W. Allen and Mr A. G. Horsnail, are pressing III to increase its offer of £82.61 for loan stock to £98.90 (CM, last week).

The two men have told stockholders in their letter: "With your support we believe there is a reasonable possibility of increasing the present cash offer and/ or producing an attractive offer in new loan stock".
