• The disciplinary hearing involving Fewston Transport, the company whose vehicle was involved in the Sowerby Bridge accident in which six people died, started before North Eastern LA Keith Waterworth
as CM went to press (22 March).
Earlier, in a three-hour private hearing, the LA suspended the LGV licences of a number of Fewston drivers for periods varying between one and seven days for breaking speed limits.
