HE total of C-licensed vehicles in I operation in December, 1960, was 1,204,399, an increase of 66,502 on the total at December, 1959. The number of C-licence operators increased from 557,991 to 565,329. A breakdown of the vehicle figures in unladen weights is given in the accompanying table.
