Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A HAULAGE FIRM run by a man who was last week convicted of rape is to continue operating with his brother in charge. Chester Tribe will take charge of the company after his brother Andy, of Cambridgeshire-based Andy Tribe Transport, was found

guilty of rape at Norwich Crown Court and jailed for six years. He plans to appeal.

The court heard that he raped a woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, after handcuffing her to abed. Tribe, of Wisbech, had denied

two offences of raping the woman on 30 August last year. He claimed she had consented to sex.

The jury convicted him of one rape charge and cleared him of a second rape offence. The judge said: "You treated her very badly. You handcuffed her in

such a way that it hurt her arm. You punched her. That, in my view, was degrading treatment."

Paul Addison, for Tribe, said "it was completely out of character".

It is understood that Andy Tribe Transport will continue to operate as it did before.
