the man with the ice cream is trucker John Wall relaxing at the Hilton Park Pavilion, recently refurbished by motorway service operator Pavilion. As part of the operation's insatiable search for publicity it created a motorway "seaside" during the recent bank holiday, complete with deckchairs, sand and donkeys. But did they have that stray dog, present at all seaside resorts, that always pees on your towel while you are in the sea?
