Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• HOC Distribution Services will expand its primary distribution Interbrand division next month, and is to add an additional "new venture" in the next few weeks.

Managing director Peter Brinsden says: "We have a number of growth ideas in the pipeline one of them is an acquisition for Interbrand, the other is a new venture for us." Brinsden declined to give details.

The news comes as fellow subsidiary HOC Baker adds a depot to its existing five with the acquisition of Lancashire-based MAP Refrigerated Distribution.

The Skelmersdale site has been linked to ROC Baker's depot computer network and will provide a range of third-party and contract distribution services.

MAP also brings its contract to provide fresh and processed chicken products for Moy Park to BOC Baker.
