Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALTERNATIVE transport plans, in take effect when British Railways brings in its greatly attenuated train services from the main fish' ports later in the year, are being discussed by the Grimsby Fish Merchants Association. Some of the fish traffic will still go Hy rail, but a co-operative transport undertaking may be set up, which will provide for the remainder of the fish to go r* co-ordinated road services.

The White Fish Authority has been helping the G.F.M.A. and it is understood from this source that British Road Services have been asked to make available a staff member to provide road transport advice during the discussions. Whether B.R.S. agreed to the request is not known.
