Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFEATURE of a Transport all-steel moving floor, built into a body constructed by Spurting Motor Bodies, Ltd., is the inclusion of a double-reduction gearbox to provide for two speeds of operation. Glover, Webb and Liversidge, Ltd., 561 Old Kent Road, London, S.E.1, the makers of the floor, supplied it as a unit, leaving the bodybuilder to fit the sides, ends and roof to complete the coachbuilt body on a Redford 5-ton long-wheelbase chassis.

This incorporates flush-fitting interior panels in metal-faced plywood. A reinforced rear member acts as a buffer to protect the moving floor when the vehicle is reversed up to a loading bank. Floor dimensions are 14 ft. by 7 ft.

The operators, Kodak, Ltd., will use this van for carrying loads of sensitized paper and films on pallets, the combination of moving floor and pallet system of handling greatly reducing loading and unloading times. This company. have made a close study of mechanical handling.
