MAN TRUCKS UP • MANNW has raised the prices of its MT and HT truck ranges by an average of 5.1% and 4.1% respectively. Typical price for a 3.6m wheelbase 8.136 rigid chassis is now £14,893 (plus £2,233 VAT). A 16-tonne GVW 4.3m wheelbase 16.170F costs £25,029 (plus £3,754 VAT).
Price for a 6.3m wheelbase 30.291 eight-legger is 248,706 (plus £7,305 VAT); a 6 x 2 3.6m wheelbase 20.331 tractive unit now costs £45,137 (plus £6,770 VAT).
MITSUBISHI 4x4s AND VANS 11 Mitsubishi has increased the price of its Shogun 4 x4 range by an average of 4.3%. It has also announced the prices of its latest L300 van and L200 pick-up models.
The cost of a 4 x4 Shogun goes up by between £450 and £670, depending on the individual model. Price of the L300 short wheelbase petrol van is £6,199 plus VAT, the long-wheelbase diesel van costs £7,499 plus VAT.
The L200 two-wheel-drive pickup, powered by the petrol engine, costs £5,399 plus VAT for the basic model, rising to £5,849 plus VAT, depending on the options chosen.
The L200 two-wheel-drive diesel pickup costs £6,899 plus VAT for the basic model, rising to £7,599 plus VAT depending on options.
The four-wheel-drive L200 pickup basic model costs £6,899 plus VAT, rising to 27,599 plus VAT when optional extras are added.
YUGO RISES • Zastava (GB) has increased the price of its 1,100cc petrol-engined Yugoslavian-built Yugo 311 van. All Yugo van models now cost £3,043 including VAT.
