Following the introduction of spring-brake and lock-actuator kits, Clayton Dewandre Co. Ltd. has produced two illustrated airpressure equipment leafletscovering spring-brake actuators with inverted TC-2 brake valves and lock actuators with full-flow secondary/park valves. Thespringbrake leaflet gives complete operation instructions and includes illustrations of two springbrake actuators with cross-section drawings and the TC-2 control valve with a schematic drawing. The lock-actuator leaflet covers the use of lock actuators and secondary/park valves in trucks and articulated vehicles and includes operational instructions and a preventive maintenance schedule. It is illustrated with cross-section drawings, photographs and a typical truck airpressure braking system with lock actuators.
