Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CM investigation has revealed that just 79 trucks an hour are using the M6 Toll motorway.

The company that runs the UK's first toll road, Midland Expressway (MEL), has repeatedly refused to release a breakdown of the figures for vehicles using the 27-mile road. Tom Fanning. MEL MD. told CM last week that the number of trucks using the motorway is -commercially sensitive" and it's unlikely they would ever be revealed.

Figures from MEL show that 43,344 vehicles used the motorway during weekdays in January.

However, CM has monitored the number of HGVs and vans on the motorway and has discovered only 4% of the traffic is trucks. Our investigation also showed an average of 96 vans were travelling on the toll road every hour.

Fanning says: "We are very pleased with our traffic figures. We post all traffic figures each month on our website but view the breakdown in classification as being commercially sensitive."
