Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

There are things going on every day in transport which would astound and amaze us if they all leaked out. For obvious reasons they don't, but the ones we are meant to hear are, on occasion, just as amazing.

What possible connection can London Transport have with Kuwait, I ask? None, say you, and, until a few days ago, would have had to agree.

However, comes the news this week that LT International Services have just won their largest ever annual contract. It is worth £750,000 for consultancy.

An 11-man team from LT will advise the Kuwaiti transport people on how to run a public transport system. There are already 250 buses in operation in Kuwait.

This is one of these hidden exports we hear too little of. It comes into much the same "export' category as Leyland's licence to other countries to build vehicles, to the Leyland specification, which we hear too little about.
