Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ELECTRONIC warning signs are to be installed on the A102 northern approach road to the Blackwall Tunnel in London.

To try to eliminate incidents in which drivers have taken a sharp curve south of the Bow underpass too quickly and have collided with guardrails, the Greater London Council is to erect an electronic sign which will warn speeding drivers to slow down.

The signs will only show "Slow-acute bend" if a vehicle passes at more than 50mph.
