UNITED States Lines have changed their Merseyside "less than trailer load" receiving depot.

The new premises are operated by PKM (Packing and Forwarding) and are at Kitling Road, Knowsley Industrial Estate, Kirkby, Liverpool. This is close by the M57 and the A580 LiverpoolManchester road and should be easily accessible.

USL says the new depot is able to handle deliveries more quickly than the old premises, eliminating waiting time and giving quick turnrounds for hauliers.

The depot is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with booking available from USL's Liverpool office. The line offers a weekly "less than trailer load" service to a variety of destinations in the USA.
