Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

drivers' seats has been placed on the market by Samuel Parkes, Ltd., Pretoria Works, Willenhall. The height of the seat from the floor may be varied by means of a cross-rod which engages in a rack formed in each of the vertical seat supports, these being attached to the bulkhead. Five different positions are afforded within the adjustment limit of 4 ins.

Horizontal adjustment is effected by sliding the seat cushion in two guides incorporated in the main side-members. The seat is also made to tip and clamping screws are not required to hold it in position when adjusted.
