rain was bucketing it down and the traffic was thick on the M4 near Swansea.
A white H-reg Peugeot 205 containing my girlfriend hit standing water in the outside lane and crashed into the centre barrier. Terrified she waited for something to crash into her. Two truckers (one in a pink T-shirt) stopped on the opposite side of the motorway, crossed to check she was all right and stopped the traffic so that she could get her car to the hard shoulder. They checked again that she was all right, crossed the M4 again and disappeared She described then as real live heroes. If it was you, THANK YOU!! am so grateful to you both. You are a pair of bloody heroes.
