DAE' TRUCKS expect to double their profits, this year, to more than £4 million. Profits for the first half of the year have already equalled total profits for the whole of 1976.
It is also anticipated that last year's record production and sales figures — approximately 12,000 units — will be bettered by an additional 1,000 units, bringing DAF Trucks nearer to their target production capacity of 14,15,000 units.
