A NEW back-up service has been introduced by Ailsa Trucks Ltd for the recently introduced Volvo F10 and F12 range.

In addition to the normal 12 months' unlimited mileage warranty covering parts and labour, operators will be offered a free roadside assistance and recovery service plus a replacement vehicle if their own truck is off the road for more than five working days.

Roadside aid

The free roadside assistance/recovery service after a breakdown will be provided by the 38 Volvo service centres throughout the UK, either contracted direct or via the Action Volvo Freefone emergency assistance facility. There is no mileage limitation or charge for the free replacement vehicle supplied . in the case of a customer's Volvo remaining off the road for more than five days.

It remains on free loan until the customer's vehicle is repaired.
