ETTLEMORB Parish Council, Oxford, is to issue forms on which passengers can record delays and failures in the bus service operated by the City of Oxford Motor Services.

Mrs. G. P. Brocklesby, the chairman, said the council had to have written evidence before it could take up complaints. "We have already written to a dozen neighbouring councils", she said. "There is good response from the fringe authorities and they agree with us that a joint meeting should be held."

Mrs. Brocklesby said that it was hoped to arrange a meeting with interested authorities so that ideas for improving the service could be properly considered.

"Although we have already appealed for people to give us written evidence supporting their complaints, we have not received a single letter. If we issue these printed forms we may get some complaints in writing."
