Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Owners of Machines Built by Themselves. JONES Bitos., North Parade and Pier Street.—The machines belonging to these owners are of particular interest, in view of the fact that they have been designed and built entirely by them. The district around Aberystwyth, as many of our readers will know, abounds in difficult hills, and the -roads thereabout are rough. It is claimed that Messrs. Jones Bros.' chars-a-bancs are the first to have been built throughout in Wales, We illustrate the smaller of the two models. A White and Poppe engine has been built into the chassis, and a four-speed-and-reverse gearbox transmits the power to a compound type of live rear axle. The use of built-up steel road wheels is noticeable. The appearance of both vehicles, from photographs which have been provided for our use, impresses us favcurably. Both the coachwork and the chassis appear to he well designed.
