IN As Commercial Motor went to press Daf Bus and Bova announced plans to merge, forming jointly-owned United Bus. Daf will hold the majority of the shares and has declared United Bus will pursue an aggressive expansion policy.
Dal's bus activities will be separated from other Daf CV business, becoming an operating subsidiary of United Bus.
