• In Bristol this week. Mr. Samuel-Gibbon. the Western Traffic Area LA, granted the NFC (Pickfords) an additional 3 ton 5 cwt vehicle to their licence so they can take one of their local fleet off the road for inspection prior to the annual MoT test.
