Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Bedford had long had a strong foothold in the market for specialist trucks, such as municipal vehicles, fire engines and particularly military vehicles. The M type, which featured the same cab as the TK and KM was a 4x4, while the TM4-4 and TM6-6 were four and six all-wheel drive variants featuring the TM cab.

They were sold in good numbers not just to the British military and utilities, but across the globe at a time when Bedford was well placed in this market. Some TM4-4 and 6-6s are still in use as snowploughs for county councils, where their limited use has kept mileages down and given the vehicles a longer working life.
