NATIONAL Carriers Contract Services have appointed Jim WindsorHarvey as Contract Manager for the recently signed Argos Distributors Limited, based at Castleford. At the same time Jim Cornwell has moved from NC to the board of F. W. Woolworth. Mr WindsorHarvey, 45, moves from Warrington where he was NCCS Contract Manager for Fiat (UK) Limited.
