Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DAF has won an order to supply 16 FAV 1800 commercial vehicles to the Mozambique emergency aid organisation.

Initially the vehicles will be used to transport 20,000 tonnes of maize which has been given to Mozambique by the Dutch government to combat famine in drought-stricken provinces.

The Dafs are all 4-wheel drive to cope with Mozambique's poor road conditions. Fifteen of the vehicles will have open bodies and one will be a fuel tanker.

The order, worth nearly £500,000, includes the maintenance of the vehicles for a period of two years and the provision of tools and parts. A service point staffed by a Daf mechanic will be set up at the northern port of Beira, where the maize will be trans-shipped.
