Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Collapsible roll pallets having four sides that remain permanently attached even when folded down are now included in the range of roll pallets offered by the Transport Mechanical Handling Division of Freight Bonallack. The permanently hinged sides obviate loss of side sections and retaining straps, which is said to be a serious snag of conventional roll pallets of the collapsible type. Two of the sides are hinged to the base and to the remaining two sides. The range has been designated the FB213.

Foot-operated latches hold the sides securely in position, but can be instantly released with a flick of the toe when the pallet is to be folded. When the pallet is erected, two of the sides can open on their hinges without impairing the stability of the remaining two sides, The overall height of the standard unit is 63in. and the base measures 32in. by 274in. The carrying capacity of the pallet is Bcwt, In the folded condition, the sides lie across the base and extend outwards to one side, which reduces storage space to a minimum.
