CASHCARD FOR ALLSTAR
• PHH Group, which operates the All Star fuel management card in this country, has bought CashCard, a fuel management company based in Munich, West Germany.
CashCard is accepted at over 2,000 garages in Germany; The All Star card is accepted at over 9,000 garages in Britain and is now used by over 320,000 drivers.
