Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ferry Stew Sailer will continue to operate on the Holyhead/Dun Laoghaire route. The crossing was introduced in April following demand from truck operators for additional freight capacity on the Irish Sea.

Operating one round trip per day, five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, the Stena Sailer departs Holyhead at 02.15, and runs alongside Sealink's multipurpose ferry — the St Columba — which departs at 03.15.

The two sailings arrive in Dun Laoghaire before 07.00, and depart in the middle of the evening. The continued use of the Stena Sailer not only provides extra freight capacity but also provides extra hazardous cargo handling. For rates and service information, operators should call Phil Coles customer services manager on 01-387 5823 (Telex 269085).
