• The first factory-produced Seddon Atkinson drawbar unit is now in service with WA Almach, a livestock haulier from Bedale in North Yorkshire. The vehicle, worth around 250,000, was first shown last year at the Motor Show. Almach will use the 32.52-tonne plated 341 model for carrying lambs, sheep, pigs and bullocks. It is powered by a 180kW (241hp) Cummins 10 litre engine and has a specially extended 5.85m wheelbase.
