NIGHT CLEANING staff were joined by senior executives of the Trent Motor Traction bus company to drive buses clear of their blazing Derby base last week.
Fire destroyed 40 buses and damaged another 12 in a fire which started in a bus parked in the middle of the Meadow Road depot. It was discovered by the night cleaners.
