Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

paul Marsh is the new transport manager at reefer specialist Elliott Trucking. He replaces Nick Squires who has left after a four-year stint at the Bristol-based firm, which operates a fleet of 10 trucks on the Continent and in the UK.

Marsh has 25 years' experience in haulage, having joined the industry as a driver at Suffolk-based John Rannoch. Most recently he worked as operations manager at Cardiff-based Gullivers Transport Services, which called in the receiver last November. Before that he held the same position at Taunton-based haulier Paul Selway Transport.

Marsh has a brief to expand distribution into Eastern Europe, initially concentrating on Poland, Czechoslovakia and Hungary, and he is planning to increase the fleet with three 26-pallet refrigerated units.
