ALAN KIEPPER, general manager of the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority of the United States, will present a paper to the Chartered Institute of Transport on the new funding policy of public transport in Atlanta under the Reagan administration.
The Atlanta RTA was recently inaugurated, and Mr Kiepper is its first general manager.
This presentation follows the CIT's annual general meeting at London's Royal Commonwealth Society on March 8.
