• British Leyland Motor Corporation has announced that the recently formed Truck and Bus division of Leyland Industries, Belgium, will now take responsibility for marketing and distribution of the Corporation's commercial vehicle range in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. Managing director of the new division will be Mr John Phillips who was formerly in charge of commercial vehicles' assembly at Malines North. Mr Phillips has worked for Leyland in Belgium for ten years.
