L'OLLOWING the order placed last year for 667 Regal Mark IV underfloor-engined single-deckers, London Transport has ordered another 288 from A.E.C., Ltd. In addition, 565 Regent Mark III double-decke' chassis and a further 50 B.U.T. 8-ft.-wide trolleybuses have been ordered.

London Transport has ordered 4,370 A.E.C.s since the end of the war. Twothirds of its fleet is of this make.

NEW TROJAN PRICES

DRICES of the Trojan 15 petrol engined van and the Electrojan battery-electric have been revised, The standard petrol van in primer costs £555, and the chassis only, £425. Purchase tax in each case is £106 6s. Id. extra.

The standard Electrojan now costs £735 with batteries and £555 without; the chassis with batteries is priced at £605 and £425 without batteries. Purchase tax in each case is also £106 6s. ld. extra.

BA1C0 EXTENSIONS DEARER

PR ICES of Baico wheelbase extensions have been raised. The 25-in, model for Austin, Bedford and Commer vehicles now costs £51 and for the Fordson, £54. The 45-in. extension for Anstins, Bedfords and Commers is raised in price to L54 and that for the Fordson to £57.
