Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PROTOTYPE Daimler Fleetline

rear-engined double-deck bus was officially handed over for tests on routine service, to Aid. L. Chaffey, chairman of Birmingham Transport Committee, on Tuesday by Sir William Lyons, chairman and managing director of Jaguar Cars, Ltd. Ten Fleetline buses in production form will be supplied to Birmingham next June.

Restricting the number of seats to 72 (and eliminating standing passengers) is in line with the policy of the undertaking to afford increased passenger convenience. Small modifications will be made to the design of the Fleetline prototype to enhance the comfort.

A representative of The Commercial Motor reports favourably on the performance and suspension of the vehicle.
