We are asked to point out that the mobile telephone exchange, which is being operated by the Post Office authorities, and to which reference was made in our issue for last week, is equipped with two D.P. 50-volt batteries, supplied by the D.P. Battery Co., Ltd., Bakewell. Incidentally, the mobile post offices, which are prominent at agricultural shows, big sports meetings, etc., are also equipped with duplicate batteries of this make.
