SITPRO, the Governmentfinanced Simplified Trade Procedures office, has invited the Road Haulage Association to give its views on new simplified international freight documents. Road freight consignment notes and manifests may be among the documents which SITPRO will examine in a programme aimed at updating and extending the "aligned" documents which have now been in use in the shipping world for several years.
