Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LARGE initial orders for 5.76-litre type 0.350 engines have been placed by Dodge Bros. (Britain), Ltd., with Leyland Motors, Ltd. The units are offered for Dodge tractors and 7-tonners. Two types of engine are being made for Dodge. Both develop 105 b.h.p. at 2,400 r.p.m., but one has an air -compressor whereas the other has a vacuum exhauster. Production has been stepped up by Leyland tomeet this and other demands, 4.000 engines, for example, being destined for Finland. Engines ordered by Dodge will have combined flywheel and clutch housings to accommodate a 13-in.-diameter clutch and Dodge five-speed gearbox. To facilitate delivery, Dodge have designed a special pallet for each engine so that it can be easily loaded and unloaded from an articulated vehicle. The 0.350 engine is already being produced in quantity for installation in Bedford goods and passenger models.
