• Scottish Bus Group Engineering's bus repair depot in Lambert has been transferred to fellow Scottish Transport Group member Mildland Scottish.
Midland Scottish already owned the depot which is next door to its headquarters, Carmuirs House in Stirling Road. Only bus parts owned by SBG Engineering were bought by the company, and the depot is now Midland Scottish's major bus repair unit.
The 18 skilled staff at the depot have been taken on with Midland Scottish and apprentices have been guaranteed employment at least until their apprenticeships are completed.
