Livingstoi surrounding areas of West Lothian is likely to be approved by the Scottish Traffic Commissioners. A better all-r service has been guaranteed as a result of a new-foun operation between residents, local authorities and Sc' Omnibuses.
The pattern of bus travel will be radically altered to inc the frequency of services to and from the new town. Key t scheme is the new Elm-plus bus station and depot at Aln vale, Livingston, due to become operational at the end year.
The opening of the new depot has prompted a corn review of bus services in the southern and western parts of Lothian.
