Edbro Ltd (Alloy Body Division), Bolton, Lancashire, 8L3 6DJ.

A tailboard with a heavy-duty locking device is a special feature of an Edbro fixed-sided all-welded-aluminium 22 cu m body on this stand, which is tipped by a 70S9 single-ram gear, the chassis being a Foden 8XB6 /30 model of 21ft 4in. wheelbase. Based on a Dodge K1050 chassis of 147in. wheelbase, a 9 cu yd fixed-sided tipper body is of medium-weight steel construction and is tipped by a 4LNCS single-ram gear. The rams of both body types are front mounted.

A Mark 2 version of the Edbro BLB2L bucket loader is mounted on a Bedford KMS chassis and is equipped with a 6 Cu yd steel bucket. The lift capacity of this model is 91 tons from 2ft 6in, below ground level.
