Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the licence granted to me include all classes of psv? If I drive only non-psv minibuses during the period of that licence, will there be any problems about renewals?

Alf you pass the psv driving test in a manual doubledecker, you should be issued with a psv driving licence which will enable you to drive all groups.

This licence will be renewable every three years and normally you will be expected to satisfy the Traffic Commissioners that you have driven psv for a substantial proportion of that validity. This is usually done by an employer endorsing your licence renewal application to this effect.

Even if you drive only small psv, your licence should be renewed for "all types."

However, it would be as well to check with your local Traffic Commissioners office what renewal criteria they apply because individual Traffic Commissioners have a degree of discretion in these matters.
