The first batch of TDC refrigerated trailer vans was recently delivered to BOC Transhield. Produced at the TDC works at Rayleigh, Essex, the standard 40ft tandem axle chassis is fitted with an all alloy body insulated with polyurethane foam sprayed in-situ.
The exterior is panelled in white acrylic and internally with Alochrom treated alloy sheets. The standard heavy duty floor is overlaid with 5mm (0.2in) chequerplate.
