ANTHONY GROVES AND PARTNERS has received authorisation for its four vehicles at the Pump House Garage facility in Northiam. It has also been given the green light to remove its site on the Tenterden Station Estate from its licence.
It has been granted the new licence on condition that it keeps no trailers requiring power at the site.
Furthermore, vehicles cannot make more than one journey from and one journey into the operating centre within any 24-hour period.
Restrictions have been placed on the times it is allowed to operate vehicles to and from the site. Movement is only authorised between 7am and 8pm on weekdays and between 8am and 2pm on Saturdays.
It is not licenced to operate vehicles on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
On-site maintenance is also not permitted.
