• Boalloy demonstrated the weight saving potential of its Tautliner 2000 curtainsider at Telford by showing an all-aluminium version weighing in at just 5,980kg.
Details included a fabric cabriolet roof with three sliding pillars per side running in Boalloy's own combi roof tracks. Loads are secured using a "cabbage board" load restraint system.
The body was mounted on an M&G straight frame triaxle chassis with a 28mm Transdeck.
