20WER for a new range of Dodge chassis announced by Chrysler Interiational S.A. will be provided exclusively iy diesel engines. In-line six-cylinder, /6 and V8 units are included in the pecifications, gross outputs ranging from 95 b.h.p. to 265 b.h.p.
There are six models in the range, ncluding fourand six-wheelers with
gross weight ratings of from 36,000 lb. (16.1 tons) to 50,000 lb. (22-3 tons) and 10 different wheelbase lengths—from 8 ft. 2 in. to 16 ft. 8 in.-•-are available. Transmissions with up to 12 gear ratios are offered and singleor two-speed real. axles are other options.
The standard tilt cab fitted is only 4 ft. • 1 in. deep, is constructed of lightalloy panels, and has a reinforced plastics skirt around the bottom. A sleeper-cab version is available,
